Thanks To You

Updated on October 20, 2011

Throw me to the wind

I was never there to begin with.

You were so mean

to take everything from me.

Now I know I can't.

I can't go on.

Thank you.

Toss me aside.

It's where I belong

On the side of the street.

Waiting for someone to find me.

I have nothing left to give

Thanks to you.

I did nothing but love you.

When you said it back was it true?

Or were you just playing with me?

Like an old torn-up toy.

You have beatin and abused me,

and left me to die.

Thank you .

You have taken my life.

Thank you.

Thank you for reading. when I write I try to use words to put the reader in my position. So they can see through my eyes.

The way you write has an ability to make the reader feel your pain. This is another wonderful read. Thank you for sharing this.
