The Burwell House Mystery Part 18
Bibles in hand, Ron and I prayed for God's will be done in this healing endeavor. We knew that it was no accident that we met Rick at the Coffee shop the other night. Feeling a tight kinship with him, we had his prayer support as we formed our healing plan. Not only would we stay connected with him but Rick had offered to form a prayer chain online and invite any members of the community to join in. We knew this beautiful child that showed herself to so many in the community, called out for peace. We felt strongly the city would be supportive to the idea since keeping the bed and breakfast, was a fiscally positive move as well as aiding in helping a child rest in peace.
We had a fresh new group of guests that checked in for a week stay at the bed and breakfast. There would be thirty professional counseling staff celebrating at their annual retreat. Ron and I knew we had our hands full with our jobs and the healing plan. We were confident that we had done our homework and scoured over our research from top to bottom. Jumping out at us were definite patterns emerging as we observed the signs given to us. Like a map, we followed each sign like a doctor would follow symptoms.
My crown chakra heating up, I knew I was being called on. I listened and followed what I was being told. I called Ron and told him to come quickly. He remembered me teaching him as a healer, when my head got hot, that meant business. When one practices healing work, your on call. " I will be there right away Courtney. Should I bring anything?" " No Ron, just make sure that your caffeine free, as we have to stay as pure as gold to let the process happen. Bring a bottle of water with you so your hydrated. I have been taught that my healing gift comes through much clearer if we are pure. We're a team and we need to be of like minds. Only good and only God. Ron, keep repeating that mantra until your here with me. Only good only God. I am out on the lawn behind the Burwell House."
Ron ran down the hill where I was standing. "Ron, I need to clear both of us so we are healing for the highest good of all. You don't have to say anything, just hold my hand as I am told what prayer to utter. Before we begin, I want to remind you to stay in your heart. Listen and be led. I know this healing process is new territory for you, so let's stay focused on the heart chakra." I prayed the prayer of Michael The Archangel.
" St. Michael the arch angel, defend us in battle, be our defense against wickedness and the snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray, and do thou, o' prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of GOD, thrust into hell satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world, seeking to win souls." Amen
Ron followed along with me as i was being told what to do and where to go. "No rhyme or reason, just follow your heart my spiritual mentor taught me." That is what I was doing, being open to the process, no attachments, no agenda's, just God's work. We ended up down by the creeks edge. We could hear the rushing waters and see the lush green trees hanging down over the creek. "Courtney, my head is hot, it's burning like fire. I can't believe it, I can see everything out in nature as it really is. The trees have a white aura around them. You have so many colors around you. It is so beautiful. I can see colors around my hands and my body. Everything has a white aura around it, even the grass. What is happening to me?" "It's ok Ron, just go with the process, that's our confirmation that we're to be here, right in this very spot at this very moment. You are open and letting in the holy spirit." " Courtney, I feel like I could cry, this is so powerful." We both just kept saying, thank you God.
"Help, please help us." Ron and I ran to where we heard the frantic cry for help. Were coming, were coming."
"I know God does not give us more than we can handle, but I wish God did not trust me so much." Mother Theresa
