The Drug Addict

Updated on July 28, 2013

I’m a drug addict

No more, and no less,

I pop pills everyday

Even inject if I’m an utter mess.

I started when I was young

No one knows how it was caused,

I haven’t stopped since,

The world changes around me,

But I feel like I’m constantly on pause...

I’m an epileptic,

I pop pills everyday

And inject an emergency drug.

I had my first seizure aged just six and a half,

No one knows why they started,

No one knows what drug to put me on next.

My life is so restricted, I watch everyone go by,

The world changes and I live for today,

For today may be my last day...
