The Faces of the Sun

Updated on June 7, 2017

The Faces of the Sun

Creeping out in the morning

Rising above the clouds

I gaze at a light shining

My joy knows no bounds

A ray of light

The sky is so bright

The birds are singing

The feeling overwhelming

A flurry of activity

You inject life in so many

Much to do

Time to earn your penny

Orange and yellow hues across the sky

Is it time for you to bid goodbye?

Farewell my light

Until we meet .............

Great sentiments concerning the sunlight. I like nature poems. Thanks for sharing.
