Michael walked around his large home nervously back and forth, his thoughts crowding out the most important things he needed to do. He stopped and looked out the huge window at the dark night, the full moon shining upon the high mountain where he was residing. the solitude of living so far from civilization had a calming effect on him. His luck in finding this house was a special treat for himself. Michael was trying to get this young woman out of his mind for now, he knew that his way with her was already well planned and only needed just to be taken care of slowly, with a certain method of seduction and care. Michael did not want to scare her. It had taken him so long to find the right one, the one who could lead and keep his plans for the future in perspective. Yes... Michael thought to himself, Adriana, she would be his first. the long search for such a woman as her, was finally over.

Michael saw his chance for an accidental meeting when he saw her go into the library. Yes...he thought, her love of reading and writing would give him his opening. Her love of poetry was her weakness. Michael knew all the poets from long ago, using their words in his soft tones would surely make her drop her guard. To tell her of the writings of the best writers from long ago that he had actually talked to would entice her to feel curious as to his knowledge of them. This would keep her mind occupied, while at the same time, he would listen to her every thought. Michael knew this would be a slow process, but to make sure that Adriana would be able to handle it and him, it would have to be this way.

It had happened so smoothly when they met that Michael was very confident there would be no stumbling blocks. After he had looked into her eyes and she met his gaze, he was anticipating his visit with her tonite when she slept.

How he would take her in his arms, hold her so gently that she would trust him completly. Michael knew that once she looked into his eyes she was his, to do with her whatever he wanted. Adriana, he thought to himself I can hardly wait to be able to ravish your lovely body, to show the passion that i have for you, a passion and love that has lived for so long in my dark past that it is unbearable at times. The loneliness, the fear of my past catching up with me, before i could start to make my own legacy. Moving through the long years, while i waited for you, your spirit, I needed it, I wanted it. Yes... tonite, I would finally be able to get close to you, maybe even touch your soft skin. Should i kiss your sweet lips ? Stroke your satin hair. Dare myself to touch your soft neck. How far could I take it, Michael thought. It will be so hard to stop himself from actually doing anything, for the lovely Adriana, she had to beleive it was a dream, so real to both of them, but just a dream.....

Michael's mind shifted back to the present very quickly as his mind reacted to an energy that he had sensed before, It was fleeting but it was very real. The moment of that energy gave him a shiver . Michael remembered the words someone from his past had said to him, "Beware. the histories are wretched and confused......and so are the bloodlines." These words were constanly in his head.
