The Merri-Go-Round"

Updated on March 3, 2011

The Merri-Go-Round

I'm up and down

like a merri-go-round.

Each day has its unique position...

Since I never know

how the day will yet go,

I can end up in unknown condition.

Sometimes, I arise

Like an owl, sharp and wise,

Greeting the dawn with ambition.

My attitude should,

Like my prospects be good,

Then, attack is with full ammunition.

Some days I awake,

In my head there's an ache,

Good intents locked behind inhibition.

Fear clouds my day

As I, then, trudge away,

While wishing to be a magician.

Whatever my mood,

Whether joyful or rude,

determines my day's proposition.

If I start with a prayer

And a smile I will dare,

My ride has a sweet composition!

You need to grab the brass rings and get a few free rides, with days that are pastural and calm. Reaching your hands upward is a good start, you'll at least have a prayer that way, and always strive to never wind up back where you hub~~~MFB III

fenzero, thank you. These are almost always messages I need at the time, and they just seem to flow, as if through me, not from me...
