The Multiverse...a Different Equation (a poem of inspiration)
How does it feel...to hold the Multiverse in my hand, its multiple spheres,
Is to be reality or an illusion...a concept held more than a hundred years?
Yet....I do hold it in my palm, Much more than one grand anatomical grain,
A conjunction of many...placed within this paper's script...mine to explain.
As the cosmos we may see through tubal presentations...far into outer space,
Far greater and colossal galactic conjugations...there, left for us to embrace.
One mere universe...one which we may begin to see...rests only in our mind,
The total picture, that which may never be conceived...still, an infinite design.
The multiple universes... to some, conjecture... forms one great celestial spectrum,
The multiplicity of its values...colors of the grandest scope... to seem a conundrum.
Spread across the heavens in fantastic array...beyond our imagination, to fathom,
As the wheeling and sparkling glitter of its stars...to exist...an anthem of each atom.
Yes...within my grip, my pen or key...a far greater realm...escapes the best of me,
The whirling spinning and gigantic wheel of life...to dwarf the mere sight, we see.
While we rail and fight upon this earthly plain...ours, not to understand, or to gain,
Yet... our parts do count...every tiny attempt, made...as each dew drop, or pearl of rain.
Not to matter how many stars...how great the distance or how we may find a place,
Ours, a gift of finest life...granted to us each...as upon this earth, we move in space.
Though, our scientific minds may take flight...as stars to shine, and the moon is bright,
We still shall exist...to be and to thrive...as surely as other worlds do spin in the night.
