The Perfect Plan (A Poem)

Updated on January 4, 2016

I wonder if it will rain or if it will shine

Where will I stand?

Where will my steps be ordered to go?

A hand to meet mine?

A paragraph or a line?

Valleys then mountains or mountains then valleys?

Will I see the unraveling mysteries of time?

And what will cause my cries?

Face to face or a warm embrace?

I wonder of the fresh obstacles as I run the race,

How much longer to wait?

Vast mercies I continue to anticipate!

To fall or to fly?

A bird or a butterfly?

What time and in what way?

Will it happen today?

A plan or a fantasy?

Will it be yours or will it be mine?

Rest my soul for one thing is for certain

That is everything comes from eternity

Oh yes, my sovereign God has a plan for me.

Soli Deo Gloria

A poem of systematic capturing a quest for answers in daily struggle to understand God's plan of His sovereign will for us.
