The Proclamation
There is always someone watching
The Proclamation
Tantamount-Yeah; this is what this is. Someday it was bound to happen. Not by chance but by pure fate-destiny- the universe at its best. Now in grace we ponder all of the possibilities and steer clear of the naysayers. Treading lightly now over each other’s hearts- we waltz out onto the dance floor baby …and the world is playing our song.
Whisper closer to my ear so that the eavesdroppers won’t be able to catch on. Hide your anger if you are mad at me, they want us separated-they want us alone. See how the curiosity of our lives keeps them all in a frenzy-searching-prowling.
They prance around with their pride by their sides just hoping and scheming. The adverse winds had blown us amidst and blindly we sensed each other’s souls. In a whirlwind we were swept up again and then broken- then came the silence. We wrestled with the past as it sought to bind us- violently we broke free. Family and so called friends still live to remind us that all people can be the enemy.
Now without reservation and without expectation we are synthesized into pure love. One day at time hoping that God keeps his loving arms around us. We rejoice in each other’s presence the sun seems so much brighter now. I am prayed up and waiting –praying up and debating whether I should bomb first this time.
Fantasies all fantasies, I will only stand by. Stand by the Word, stand by the wayside, and stand by my guy. We do not expect you to understand or to join the movement. We expect YOU the world to dodge moral improvement.
This is a marriage that is blessed, a marriage that has been put to the test, and marriage that survived, and a marriage that is still alive. Learning and growing. Prosperous and glowing we stand still-holding hands, facing the wind yet again.
