The Secret Of The Light House That Stood In The Bay
That old light house day after day and year after year took the beatings of every wave and rock that came its way. Standing tall and very still, silent but yet speaking to those from a far off.
Over here is what it was saying with a light shinning all day. If you are tossed about and the waters are to rough for the vessel you choose.
Come this way to safety.
I’m quite sure you know.
I’m the beckon of this light house showing you the way.
I’m founded on the rock of ages
Though in your dismay and distance the rocks may look dangerous
Come close my beckon calls to you;
There is a secret rock of safety here.
Safety Safety Old Rock of ages;
Have kept me here for all to see.
Faithful Faithful Old Rock of ages;
Only trust you would believe.
No more toiling with the storms of life;
No more pain or brokenness
Your vessel sure to mend
Over here the beckon calls to you;
The water here is calm.
Strong Strong Old Rock of ages;
Will hold you through any storm.
Come to the Old Rock of Ages;
Rest your weary mind.
The secret of my beckon is to show you the way.
Sweet Sweet Old Rock of Ages;
Will shelter you from all harm.
