The Cheapest and Easiest Way To Lose Weight Yet

Updated on June 27, 2016

The Beginning

What is the main factor? Faith; believing in and having faith in the one true God and purpose of His Son, Jesus Christ. That is it! Having faith in both of them that your life will prosper naturally. Hypothetically speaking, the closer the relationship you have with both Lords the better regulated your diet shall be. With such faith your weight will eventually come off due to normalization of appetite, emotion and mental stability.

What Is Faith?

Hebrews 11:1 King James Version (KJV)

11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

The entire chapter of Hebrews 11 talks about faith, the people that demonstrated it pleasingly to God and to themselves. As far as weight loss is concerned, my faith kept me from worrying about it. I only wanted to lose a little weight but I lost more than I wanted because I stopped being concerned about losing after I lost the little that I wanted to but it kept coming off. I continued to do my morning work outs and eating healthy without a care of losing or gaining. It seemed that when you have faith that things will work out for the good see Romans 8:28

Poetically Speaking

What is the main factor?

Faith is the actor,

Acting out of you

Doing what it needs to do,

Faith is the entity

That bonds Christ to me,

Faith bonds my spirit

To God, no way to ever clear it,

I daily have no worries

I take vitamins,

God gets all my glories

I may drink a Heineken,

Faith controls discipline

Nothing is overdone,

I am committed not to sin

Before Jesus and the Holy One,

That is the sacrifice

That made me lose the weight,

Fearless living was very nice

And multiplied times eight,

Prepare for the trip

Of seeking spiritual truth,

To lose, weight just let it rip

And take you back to your youth.

Hello word55! I love ideas for a faith-based diet plan! Eat to live. All things in moderation. Share what you have. Good works equal good exercise. "Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. " 1Corinthians 10:31 Amen!

Loving your body and not having such an issue about being overweight might be the very thing that stops people from getting to that stage we call being fat. Gratitude is the word that for me feels the same as you use the word faith. Having faith in my body avatar to keep me in a good shape for my age is what works for me.

Hi Flourish, with faith I just let go and let God. I had given up on taking things except I was committed to my usual work outs. Next thing I knew, weight was dropping of naturally. Actually I had to start eating everything but now I am very well disciplined with eating. I don't do junk foods anymore. I don't get stressed out about things. I maintain faith and prayer to my daily regimen and that's all to it. Thanks for stopping by. Keep flourishing in faith and prayer yourself. :-)

Word, I believe you. Still, it would be nice to have detailed explanation or illustration of how faith in God helps regulate your diet. Very interesting topic!
