The Face In The Water

Updated on September 2, 2014

Silently watching, waiting until the image changes,

Impatiently wondering what to do next, but studying the sketch,

Noticeably mirroring my expressions and my emotions, but it does't seem strange, only an exchange,

In the unsettling moments signifying what should happen next, or what my eyes are expecting to catch, won't let my mind rest,

I know what I should do, but why am I waiting until life writes me off as another text or until my soul is annexed to the next life complex,

This illusion depicts me in this life, waiting for me to manage my animation,

To see that I am apart of this world, a body of water connected, and outlined for the creation of demonstration of life,

The face in the water smiled back at me, and I smiled back at the beautiful sight.

That was marvelous Kelvin, someone who was enhanced with their mirror image in the water. I voted it up, shared and pinned it.
