2) Think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill

Think and grow rich is the master of all inspirational literature. Hill is tremendously inspirational and he refused to accept that success was a direct result of luck or action by the gods. He wanted to prove that 'success" depended solely on us. What inspired Hill to write this book was the abundance of americans fearing poverty, when the people were more focused on the thought of poverty instead of the exact opposite which is becoming rich.

“You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.”
― Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich.

The Alchemist

Published in 1988

Paulo Coelho was born in Brazil

This book has been translated into 56 languages

1) The Alchemist by Paulo Ceolho

The alchemist which is personally my favourite book of all time is extremely powerful and motivational. I was instantly hooked when I started reading it and it felt as if every chapter made me stronger and happier than ever before. Paulo Ceolho is a popular established author who has many other great pieces of literature but "The Alchemist" is just life changing. The book is about a young boy who travels in search of his "Personal Legend. ( The thing you want most in this life). Coelho injects his own wisdom in this inspirational book that delivers a powerful message. If you haven't already read this book i strongly recommend it.

I'm surprised that the Holy Bible didn't make this list. Even though the most lives have been changed through the reading of the bible, many still don't consider it the most inspirational book even written. But, it is.

I must confess that I've never heard of any of the books you have listed here. I'm not saying they are not inspirational, just that I have never read any of them, since I never knew they existed.

Good post though. Learn something new. Thanks. Voted up and interesting.
