"The End of Time"

Updated on October 9, 2012

Cruelkindness Subliminally Thoughtless Poetry

Poem written

by cruelkindness

The End of Time

Time is a book with no cover

Chapters to be numbered

Bind-less to keep order

With time it is the oversight people ignore

For if people, understood what happened in time

Time shows no such measure

For time is unknown

Still remains unseen

So time sits with an audience

Waiting for the arrival of time

Having no concept of what is expected

Time wanders in moments

Searching ticking time

For the masterpiece of existences

Time is a slippery fish. No, it's a state of mind. Sorry, I meant to say it is a mathematical formula. Or was it a measure of change? Something the clock indicates? The passing of...what? Time, time, time.
