Thoughts about plasTIC surgery

Updated on July 31, 2009

what happens when use turns to abuse ?

You go into a beauty clinic and tell the dude in the white coat how you want to look. Amazing!

Well we all know the magic and glamour makeup can give any woman no matter how she looks like. Yet some people don’t stop at this point. In fact they order the whole package knowing that plastic surgery in the ultimate make over. On daily basis we see plastic surgery being abused in order to satisfy some sick desires. (I am not saying that plastic surgery is forbidden but abusing is!)

Others, abuse this science and wish to look like celebrities, some even copy and paste them on their bodies, and all this is accessible thanks to plastic surgery abuse. So nowadays, an “unfortunate woman” can order her new/ spare body parts from a catalogue. And here is our shopping list (most desired):

1-                  J-lo’s butt

2-                  Angelina’s lips

3-                  Jessica Alba’s nose

4-                  Drew’s bust

5-                  Scarlet’s trunk

PS: This list undergoes changes according to the Market and the suppliers!

Some people believe that silicon, Botox, and collagen can make you better than what you are. Sometimes it is true , but abusing this science is never the answer. On the other hand, plastic surgery is acceptable at certain rates, a nose job is good in case you have a major problem but an entire body change and facial list and reconstruction of your features is way above normal regardless to the huge expenses.

For a while I’ve watched Insider trailing the gossips throughout Hollywood. And once there was this shocking story of Britney, Lindsey and Paris hanging out together in a mall while shopping. The media found it weird since one of the above ladies was in jail. And they discovered that these three have undergone special surgery to look exactly like the celebrities mentioned above. This is a worst case scenario and it really made me feel sick. I swear to GOD that the three girls shopping looked exactly like Britney Lindsey and Paris.

Aside from that, plastic surgery is a must in several  cases such as a body burn or an amputation. Also in the case of deformed boobs/ breasts plastic surgery plays a great role in reforming them since they might cause back pain due to the extra weight applied by them.  Thus, we deduce that plastic surgery is multi-blade weapon. It can play a very important role in health matters and it cam cause lots of trouble and complications in the future if abused. (btw I watched on CSI a woman died because her breast implant started leaking** for the record I don’t know if that is true but it is worth thinking about before you get an implant.)

PSS: Remember plastic surgery is not that of an exact science. It also includes risks and complications. Let us be wise when using this tool and try to keep life as normal as possible.

Couldn't have said it better. YES! It is the inside what matters, the heart and the soul. There is more than meets the eye and killing yourself to look like someone else is just a little too shallow. Be proud of what you are, you are unique and special so take advantage of that. Rise and take pride in what you are and what you have achieved the beauty of the soul remains while wrinkles and time have their effect on the body. Still love built on the beauty of the soul last longer than shallow attraction to the beauty of the body.

Uriel isn't it so sad that people do not have the love and acceptance of who they are. Too many people focus on changing the outside where-as it is the inside that is the most important thing in life. It is so sad to see people having all these surgeries trying to look like someone else, as it shows they do not see the truly beautiful person they are, with no other person in this world quite the same.
