Let It Be Gone
What was left, of who I am,
You threw it all away.
No one knows, 'cause no one's seen
The secret ways I pray.
My poems, gone.
My heart, crushed.
It's difficult for me to breathe now,
Hopefully you'll see,
What you've done to me,
Helping cause 'nother of my meltdowns.
If you would read, just one of things.
That I write, or try to say to you,
Then maybe you'd know,
The passion that grows,
And the hopes of something good coming true.
No one like you, can see my true worth,
Even when I sing to the highest pitch.
But one of these days, I'll go away,
And you'll learn all the things that you've missed.
You love me the most,
I will never forget you,
Nor what you have done for me.
But when the day comes, your boasting will flush,
And no more will there be of gentle pains.
