Through The Window of a Godly Heart (Poetry)

Updated on September 10, 2018

Suddenly, you are somebody,

You’ve finally made up your mind,

No longer flakey and shoddy,

But finding your spiritual kind,

Today, you have realized:

Life is really worth living,

You are not a bit surprised

You have a good heart for giving,

You will not have - another bad day

You are living where life is secure,

The true and narrow way

For the cleaned up and now the pure,

You have traveled the road of hard knocks

Redeemed and restored,

No turning back the clocks

From this life of being adored,

Adoration for who you are

Not what you want to be,

But shining as a star

For this whole world to see,

Through the window of a Godly heart

You will see His every crescendo,

He has been there from the start,

Keep looking through His window,

You are doing His Will of desire,

You are reaching the lost of souls,

Spreading His truth like flames of fire,

That is one of your daily goals,

Through the window of God’s heart

We can see His beautiful world

That He created merely His art,

Man, Womaned, Boyed and Girled,

Hoorah, Hooray!

Do your thing!

'Cause everyday

Is for the King.

Someone Made of Art

Another great poetry. I enjoyed reading it.

Let me answer to your e-mail here as well, as this is the perfect occasion. I do like to walk bare foot on grass sometimes in the backyard, but not when it rains. It has been scientifically proven that it has copious surprising health benefits. It is a free Reflexology. There are reflex points to every part of our body in our feet and walking on the grass helps to stimulate all these little reflex points. It is a great natural stress relief and health booster.

Back to the poem - I find a sense spirituality. It is pleasing. '...Hoorah, Hooray! Do your thing!..' suffices all. Thumbs up!

It was beautiful word55 and it kept my interest.I voted it up, shared and pinned it.

P.S. - When I reached "But walking as a shinning star" Ibecame a bit confused. There should only be one 'N' in 'shining'. Down from that is, "Maned, womaned..." 'Manned' should have two 'N's in it. In the next paragraph "Cause" should have an apostrophe before it.

Wonderful message, word55. "See through the window of a God's heart". Well said. See things as they ought to be seen, without any prejudice or twisted perception. Then only can you enjoy the beauty of it and understand the essence of it. Thanks for this great message in your beautiful lines.

    Voted up and beautiful.

That's a new creation walking in blessedness of a pure heart: no guilt, no sin the way we do see God and God's love working through us to the glory of the King. HalleluYAH.

You summed it up well, Bro. Everyday is for the King. Indeed, every second should be for the King. Higher blessings.
