Tickled heart

Updated on October 1, 2014

You tickled my heart

I say this with the softest whisper

Gently, I bow my head and eyelids flutter

Wind sweeps my hair

Cool October dusk

Golden highlights dance on the tall untamed grass

Praise for such a glorious day

Sinking into the silk of the new

Replenished with each breath

I could sing however I know all my notes would fall on deaf ears

This instrument is out of tune and lacking skills

So what to do

I chant anyway in love and delight

I see with open eyes

I feel - OH I feel

I feel the toes on the cool moist tiles

The humidity is thick this day

Each breath is like a drink of full delight

Sweet salty air along the Texas gulf

Purity here is in the eye of the beholder

Music of dripping water and motorcycles make an interesting collage

What burdens can persist in this Grace
