Time To Refuel And Blast Off Out Of Sight

Updated on February 27, 2012

Use Your Imagination Power

When I am stuck I just think for a minute why ?

I try to find out what is this predicament I have gotten myself into

I am in a quandary ?

I am not sure if that really is a word since I only heard it twice in my life

Believe it or not ?

But some how it stuck like glue

To the bottom of my shoe

I shake a leg and twist and shout

It climbs up my leg like a chimp

What else can I do ?

Share it with you

I have been so excited so many times in my life

I think I have wet my pants

Only joking

But I must say I have been overjoyed what I have seen all around me

I search for answers and sometimes I get lucky

Other times I am stumped like that old rotten stump in the corner of your yard

You can't get rid of it because it is too expensive to get the stump ground

You can't hide it

So you just walk by it every day

The same one you use to pick ants off of as a kid

Kicked when you got older

Then came real close to forgetting about until now

If you told me it was a sore subject I never would of brought it up

One stump, two stump

Everybody 's got a stump somewhere in their yard

I am off to search for new answers

So I thought I would do a little space travel before it becomes quite the rage

I don't like rush hour and traffic takes all the fun out of it

So off I go into the wild blue yonder

To go where no man has gone before

Yes,I know those weren't my lines but they were just to good to be true

I couldn't pass them up

One by one I counted them

I love taking what we know and mixing it up with what we don't

A radical in my own right

Maybe my father was right and my head wasn't screwed on too tight

But neither here nor there

Look up in the sky

It's a plane

It's a bird

It's underdog

No it's not me

I ran out of fuel and I had to land about an hour ago

So much for apace travel

Better luck next time

Keep your eyes peeled

I will see you real soon

I will be back again where you least expect it

Trying to get a jump on the gold diggers who race out to find a quick claim

I am here for the long haul

I am going to set up camp and don't know if I ever will go back

Have a nice day and may all the hairs on your head never turn grey

Hubpage Gal Where exactly did I lose you?I write to understand many different thoughts and feelings that I seek answers to.Writing has and always will be the key to the door that would not open.Thank you for finding me and taking the time to add a comment.I hope you will read on and find another story that might catch your interest.Have a good day.Picklesandrufus I love it.You have nocked creativity out of the box with this one.I made my stump my own thinkers paradise where I go to reflect on life and put my mind to the test on how to solve the problems of our times. My only audience is a bug or two that has nothing better to do than to bug me once more.Have a beautiful day and may the sun shine and keep you warm.

enjoyable hub....I made the left over stump in my yard a platform for my niece and nephew to stand on and sing as though they were on a Broadway stage.

Se you next time you land!

A bit confusing but if writing these words brought you to a new understanding of self then sharing it on Hubpages was adequate.
