Time to Blossom

Updated on March 31, 2012
Source

"And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." Anais Nin

Guarded and protected by the fiercest of shields

Unable to move

Bound by my own prison

Inner resistance prevents any movement

Locked with piercing pain

No longer able to hold

Letting go

Time to release and shed the comfort of the shell

What is the resistance?

The inner resistance runs deep

In it seems a wound filled by a sea of tears from eons of pain suffered

Bleeding at first by gushing, then pouring, then seeping melting to the slightest weep

It turns dry with an open crevasse like the Grand Canyon

In the Grand Canyon - Empty -

Sink into the empty abyss

Reside in its silent pervading peace for many more eons

Arise to solid ground now

Undefended strong heart

Blossom to the perfect all

Be this beauty that is

The divine love of one
