To Recognize the Light

By Tony DeLorger © 2103

Even the most remote hopes,

are supported by the universe in the quest of balance,

and should we lose faith in possibility,

we will be proved wrong by the hand of providence.

I can give up, reject possibilities with all my heart,

and yet, my heart is sought,

opportunity delivered with a big red bow,

and I am humbled, by the course of life and my own faithless cynicism.

We are beaten only when we cannot see possibility,

cannot afford mentally, a positive outcome,

but if we let it, life will rescue us, show us another way,

to acquire what we need to nourish our mind and soul.

When we reach out through the darkness,

we open a door to possibility, the search for light,

and the world must yield to uphold the state of balance,

thus creating a chain of events that bring our wishes into sight.

What we then do with that opportunity is ours to determine,

but light brings an assurance that we are not lost,

and that all we need do is take advantage of what is placed before us,

thus creating a brand new chapter in life, a new direction.

No matter what the past has created,

we can be healed of it through looking forward and acting now,

to realise what we know we need in life,

and to allow ourselves to have exactly that, without judgement.

The universe places no limits, has no motives or demands,

simply responds to our imbalances and wrong doing,

in the course of creating balance and returning life to harmony,

which in the end, is what we really want.

Remember always, we deserve everything we want, unconditionally.

The path we take is our choice, and the only limits are in our own minds.

Beautifully said Wayne. We are indeed the captain of this journey, our perceptions the chronicles of the journey.

It is simple but true...life is what you make of it.
