Sir Alex Ferguson
Whether you like him, love him or hate him you can't deny how successful and brilliant a manager Sir Alex Ferguson has been. As a Man United fan I think he is brilliant but I could understand how you could dislike him if you were not a Manchester United fan. He is also fantastic to listen to when he does his press interviews and is a brilliant character. Alex Ferguson is definitely not afraid to speak his mind to the players, managers, referees and journalists and nearly all of his great quotes come from these situations.
His new autobiography is a fascinating read and gives us an insight into this legendary man and manager, his roots, and his relationships with other managers like Mourinho and Arsene Wenger as well as with key figures like Beckham, Keane, Rooney and Ronaldo. A must read for all football fans.

49 I don't think I could have a higher opinion of any footballer than I already had of the Irishman, but he rose even further in my estimation at the Stadio Delle Alpi.
