Good God It's The 80's!

Oh the glorious 80's! The decade that taste forgot - but such great fun too.The 80’s were a great time. The creation of MTV revolutionized fashion, the music industry and even how we watched TV. For others, it was nothing but bad hair(and some that were just EPIC) and I will put extra fun facts about the bands are person. So I proudly show you 10 of the top Hairstyles that made the decade!

It is just like a mullet, only backwards. So instead of having long hair in the back, just do the opposite.

Martin's distinguishing feature used to be his hair. It took him 10 minutes of work every morning to form them with gel, spray and fen. The band "Silent Circle" has brought him worldwide popularity of songs like Touch In The Night,Hide Away - Man Is Comin'!,Stop The Rain In The Night, and Love Is Just A Word. His Hair style is called The Scorpio.

the lead singer was part of the 1980s pop group Kajagoogoo which "Too Shy" hitting #1 in UK and the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. After the band broke up, he was already embarking on a briefly successful solo career. And yes he is gay,but one hell of a singer. The name of this hairstyle is "Peacock Mullet" or more referred as "Skunk Mullet".

Thomas Anders is The Gentleman Of Music, a song writer and an entertainment professional. He began his career by enjoying virtually limitless chart success and fame of the band Modern Talking. The best of the band are Cheri Cheri Lady,Brother Louie,Atlantis Is Calling(SOS For Love), You Can Win If You Want, Hey You, and there number one song You're My Heart, You're My Soul. And his partner in crime Dieter Bohlen. But after Modern Talking's fall, Thomas went on a solo career, having lovely songs like,"The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye", "I Can't Give You Anything (But My Love)", "True Love", and "Standing Alone". I would say he has a "Pretty Boy" haircut.

Dieter Bohlen

Dieter Gunter Bohlen is a German musician, songwriter, entertainer, TV personality, producer and writer. But was also best known for the pop-duo band Modern Talking. His first hit was with the band Sunday with "Hale Hay Louise". He also produced and wrote songs for the disco singer C.C Catch. then taking things to a all time low when Modern Talking spilt in 1987. There sparked a band called Blue System, which was made by Dieter Bohlen. Songs like "My Bed is too Big", "Sorry Little Sarah", "Love me on the Rocks", "Magic Symphony", "Love is such a lonely sword", "Under My Skin", and "Deja Vu". Dieter was also well known for having a really huge ego! his Hairdo is like a bleached Mullet.

They were famous for being a glam metal band with band members Tom Keifer, Eric Brittingham, Jeff LaBar, and Fred Coury with there big hair and also there big songs. Songs being Nobody's Fool, Somebody Save Me, and the ever so powerful, Don't Know What You Got (Till It's Gone). There hair has made a big mark in the decade, as having the best hair in a band.

Billy Idol

fame in the Punk Rock era as a member of the band Generation X. He then embarked on a successful solo career. With his puck craze in the 80's, he also had his spiky hair to live up to. Most people recognized his gruesomedead serious face, and his hair then anything. But nevertheless He was great for White Wedding, Rebel Yell, Eyes Without a Face, Sweet Sixteen, and Cradle of Love.

Slash (Saul Hudson)

known by his stage name Slash, he is a British-American musician and songwriter that was the lead Guitarist in the 80's Rock band Guns N' Roses. In 1981 Slash joined his first band, Tidus Sloan. In 1983, he formed the band Road Crew named for the Motörhead song "(We Are) The Road Crew". Then Axl Rose, and Izzy Stradlin joined Guns N' Roses started the EPIC series of songs like "Sweet Child o' Mine", "Welcome to the Jungle", "Paradise City", and "Don't Cry" ( which in my opinon the song overrated). And Slash had those long curly locks that everyone knew and loved.

Thompson Twins

The Thompson Twins were a New Wave Band, the trio was composed of Alannah Currie, Joe Leeway, the red head Tom Bailey. Currie having the wacky blond hair and the crazy out of this world hats, Leeway being the short dreads guy, and of course Bailey, with the red hot fire ponytail. But besides the hair they were very famous for songs like, "In the Name of Love", "Watching", "Love On Your Side", "We Are Detective", "Doctor! Doctor!", "The Gap", but after the fifth album "Here's to Future Days", the drummer Joe Leeway left, Currie and Bailey were still in the band but with hardly any success in Thompson Twins they chaged to Babble in 1993 and had no success ether, (only having one of there songs in the movie "Coneheads"). And yes Alannah and Tom got married and had kids!
