Turning Raw Emotions In To Steam

Updated on October 2, 2013

Defying The Laws Of Science

Until now steam was only made from water when heated up

I changed all that

I have learned to take all my deepest feelings good and bad

Toss them around like a salad

Then turn it into steam energy

Pushing well beyond all my capabilities

I am building up super strength and knowledge to

Letting my thought process through a wonderful technique

I call it The Big E

Named after my mother

Where you take all your energy and power that you can muster up at any given moment

and put it to good use

You find a way to do something

That before this very moment was virtually impossible

You experience many emotions all at once

It's not a case of one or the other as one use to think

It is blending all your emotions in their purest form

Experience the sadness and deal with the pain

Accept the beauty in all moods

Each transforming us to a new person

On the inside and out

These steps take time

You just don't just add water and your done

You would have cheated yourself out of so many wonderful experiences

Almost like winning a trophy for all your hard work without doing anything

It would be a hollow victory

Neither satisfying or fulfilling

Now looking back I can see my changes

I never took the time to really look

To busy trying to cover up one feeling with another

Another example is like eating something and if our food never digested

Just eat by opening our mouth then swallow

No chewing required

Then the food quickly goes in to are stomach and is discharged within minutes

We would get no energy no substance no vitamins or minerals our body needs

We would do more harm than good

So don't expect instant results

Just let time take it's course and we travel along with it

Looking back I can honestly say I am a better person because of what I have gone through

It makes you humble

Once again you have learned to be thankful for the things we understand and those we don't

We can now look at our saddest times where before we were so down in the dumps

We thought we would never come out

Look at us now

On top of a hill looking out

Life is always something you think it is and always something you never could figure out

Michael=Milec I have been on vacation for the past two weeks. No access to the internet. Now refreshed and more thankful for everything life has taught me. I have the pleasure to respond to fifteen comments that have been waiting patiently for an answer. Going slower but enjoying each raw emotion as it connects to my core. Feeling my way when sight is not possible.Learning and practicing new thoughts that will take me closer to my goals and desires. I appreciate all your suggestions and advice. Thank you.

DDE To find out what is important and to follow that lead through all emotions only brings us closer towards our goal. It may be a long hard journey but it will never hold us back from true happiness.Kathryn Stratford I am not sure how long each step may take but I can say there is no rush because each phase has it's purpose and place.Thanx so much for all your beautiful comments.

I always enjoy your reflections. They really make me think!

It's always good to take your energy and put it into good use. And it is the hard times that make us who we are, mold us into who we become. We wouldn't appreciate the good as much if we didn't go through those rough times.

Thanks for sharing this with us, and have a wonderful day!

Emotions once raw can be more of a hassle to cope with especially if one doesn't know how to control their anger.
