WHO FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO NEST - Crazy Makers Be Gone

Updated on March 8, 2013

Crazy People Can Make You CRAZY

So, you live near a neighbor that has nothing better to do but hassle you. It maybe a younger person looking for a problem or someone else to blame for their misfortune. Or it could be an old lady who is terribly lonely and seeking any type of attention they can get, even if it is negative. I have had many experiences with these sort of people and I have come to the conclusion that once you take a little bit of "bait" from someone like this, it will be too late to ever "escape them!"

I'm especially cautious about people who do crazy things like "yell at each other" at all hours of the day and night or have relatives over visiting that yell all day and all night. I have a few older "cuckoo's" on my block I tell you! Well they are mostly retired! They have way too much time on their hands and believe me, I'm just waiting for some sort of explosion! ha ha....OK, I'm being funny! My neighborhood is the quietest place EVER! The most I ever hear is trashcans being dragged to the curb on trash day!! ha ha

I have Steve in his golf cart that used to head a very pristine university that seems ok so far except for the fact that he is "too quiet." These are the types that really worry me! Then we have the old neighborhood "Mayor" named "Sheila" who has plenty of men over all the time and entertains the masses. Did I mention that she is almost 90 years old?!! That is right, CUCKOO!

Did I also mentioned that she tried to look over into my yard and pretend she was picking oranges on a tree that didn't have any?!! My CUCKOO ALARM HAS GONE OFF PRONTO! Old lady is trying to make conversation so she can manipulate me into a SLAVE while she stays home more and more. Ok, all in good fun, but STILL with these kind of people you have to create "boundaries" or pretty soon I will be taking her to the market! She never seems to have any family visiting so this worries me. Ofcourse we will bring goodies over during the holidays and bring good cheer to all, BUT that is about it! ha ha

Get rid of the psychotic relative NOW!!

CRAZY RELATIVES ARE THE WORST!

Whatever you do, do not let crazy relatives ruin your life! There is always someone who wants to burst your bubble or take out their disappointments with their own lives on YOU. The result is a lot of issues later on like self esteem issues, anger, broken dreams and abusive behavior. If you have someone around like this, get rid of them PRONTO! Remember CRAZY MAKES CRAZY!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!! DO NOT EVEN FLY OVER THEIR CUCKOO NEST OR NEAR IT!!!

You were thinking embers, now doubt about it, and combined with elders means fire (we have a lot of embers that start fires in Aussie land). Yes and something about a stake,…….what could you be thinking Gee……old witches perhaps or warlocks. In the modern world we have global warming so tut, tut no burning old people with dubious characters!!!! Yes EMBERS I am sure it was meant to be!!! Best one yet G.

Hey Ausseye! Lovely to see you! A lot of true saying here ; After helping the embers most of my life (my father was 60 years old when I was born), I have had to learn to "keep a distance." Too many years of being a "crutch" sort of makes me run the other way.....So many odd balls in this world and I'm not exactly normal! BUT I try to lead a simple "Hollywood" life.....OK now you can laugh! Always great to see you here!!! Best, G

      Hi Gee Just messing:

A bird in the hand is not as free as a bird in the bush, old saying that has a cook pondering the next dish.

Oranges go well with closets, keep the moths away from you favourite piece of clothing, makes sense to be wary of the old odd ball, so what’s my age?? Just kidding!!!! Speaking in loud tongues is a clairvoyants ruse so maybe your neighbours were trying to foretell your future, one without oranges I suspect, perhaps a lemon in wolfs clothing. Keep safe and keep the oldies at bay!!! Old goes with mould, so being vigilant!!!

If you are poor, you may be called crazy. If you are rich, you may be labeled as eccentric. An old Quaker adage says it all: 'Everyone else in the world is crazy except thee and me. And sometimes I'm not too sure about thee. Interesting reading here, GPAGE.

GPAGE- This hub is so true and fits my life so perfectly right now! Just remember getting away from the crazy person in your life is always harder than it seems because they're crazy. They will follow and harass you until your just can't take it anymore. Which unfortunately is the exact situation I'm in now..... Anyways, great hub!

Hi, Gina. How are you today? I hope you always healthy....amen. I really enjoy reading this hub. Thanks for writing and I learn about definitions of crazy types. Lets move all the stupid things. Let's respect each other by giving support. Individualism and selfish make us do not care about the environment and the people around us. I am glad to know this from you, my friend. My vote always for you. Cheers :-)

Great observations on life. It brought a smile as I read it over a coffee, on this cold Saturday morning in England.

Didn't you just hit the nail on the head?! Is it just me or have people just gotten way out of hand more recently? We now have "designer" mental health disorders! Thank you for this great hub!

This article is so on target. There are many people who love to play the crazy game in order to get attention, be manipulative, avoid being responsible and proactive with their lives, and to have others rescue them. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE have to tolerate this whatsoever. It is time to give such people THE ADIOS PAPERS and bid them on their way. Great hub, voted WAY up.
