Walk with you

Updated on March 13, 2010

Walk with you

I love you because…….

because…….

you

fill my heart.

The waves on the sea,

the kites in the air

remind me of you.

I feel sun on my skin,

I think,

soon,

we will walk

arm in arm,

the same sun will warm us.

There won't be time enough,

in a lifetime

to speak what is in our hearts.

My wish,

to walk with you,

and be by your side

for ever.

Thank you and you are right. Thoughts must be written down immediately or they disappear. Or if you think about them later they seem foolish.

I'm with you. Yesterday before riding my bike a little, thoughts came. I wrote them down before leaving fear they would not return soon. On the bike - more thoughts and I can't remember them. Phooey! Oh well easy, come easy go! God bless the Hummingbird!

Thanks for looking in here again. I can't always find inspiration for a poem. They usually come from strong feelings and when I get the words popping into my mind I must write them down immediately or they are lost.

You should do more of these. I went for a bike-ride today. Immediately I reminded myself of how wonderful it would be to have a automatic recorder. Right off the bat on these rides I get this flood of info or ideas. It's the energy? The different environment? Alas, when I return home I've forgotten most!

I get ideas and words sometimes that I write down right away. I have a document titled "Incomplete Works". These are things I've managed to type in and haven't used yet.

I can get all I need to solve the world's problems while riding. I lose it after an hour or so. Dang it!

I needed to take this walk! Thank you Ma'am!

Yes. I only seem to be able to write poetry when the right mood is there. I have not got many poems. They come from feelings and seem to come out of the air.

      Thank you for reading.

I stopped by to read your works and I am happy that I did--you have taken me to Pakistan and allowed me the prophetic words of things 'ordained' ...and now I am here to see lovely poetry...you are loving someone very much? Just beautiful!
