A weapon of underestimated power...

It’s a dangerous weapon if used improperly

capable of bombing the lives of families,

incinerating the bonds of blood and bodily fluids.

But any object of power has the ability to do good or evil.

I transform into a wizard of sorts.

I clasp my wand with my left fingers and illuminate it.

With only my thumb I can go anywhere, know anything.

I can speak real words to people thousands of miles away,

hear voices I can no longer hear.

I can shock the lives of others with only the force of finger skin.

I can bring peace or war upon women and men

or eliminate them from my life altogether.

I can discern North from South or East from West,

or find the answer to 833 x 55 in only two seconds.

I can summon light in dark places,

and freeze moments forever.

My wand is powered only by air that I cannot see.

It is fueled by waves of energy that teem around me.

It is perhaps the most powerful tool in my life,

its possibilities far too vast for even my own comprehension.

As time goes on I will master this magic, harvest its power

to enhance my life and all that goes on around me.

My wand is what shall help define me.

What will yours do for you?
