We Are Not Broken

Updated on February 27, 2014

Anan is an online blogger and private consultant since 2009 in the areas of relationships and interfaith spirituality.

Don't feel inadequate and lost

is not you, they just don't see

how beautiful your soul is.

Let them talk, let them laugh

for is your smile that shines brighter.

Don't dwell in despair and shadows

for you are the salt of the world.

Be the miracle and the light.

Be the plea and be the fight.

In your eyes God smiles

In your hands he transforms,

The bitter into sweets.

Regret is useless

and ultimately dies.

Believe in imposibles

Believe that you are OK.

How beautiful! You truly are talented. I think if you really looked at anyone's life you would find destruction, dysfunction and brokenness. But we are all responsible for our own happiness. Very nice!

This is a very beautiful encouragement to continue on in the faith no matter what others may say. You have done a wonderful job, Ananceleste, reminding us that as His children, we are the salt and light of Christ. Such a wonderful poem; voted "Up" and "Beautiful"!
