She twisted the bat in her hand her eye bore holes into the top of the man's head.
"You know you started this John, all you had to do was give us the money. We would have fucked off." She gave a smile behind the mask.
"But no, someone always wants to be a hero."
"Jade," John choked out from the floor. "You don't have to do this."
Jade shook her head, her pink dreadlocks rested on her bat. "No."
"No, we really do. Endless out at your friend's beck and call. That all ends today." She said through gritted teeth.
"The hell you put us through, this stupid game. I bet you never thought you'd die like this huh." The silence that hung in the air was deafening.
