What a great fall

Updated on June 15, 2011

I was walking to my room

Drinking coffee along the way

Didn’t watch where I was going

I trip over the rug that day

My body swing forward

Spill my coffee all over the floor

My head was going forward

And straight to the wall it is

Bam! The sound of a smash very clear

I crash into the wall

Like a car struck a house

My head is stuck to the wall

My parent called out for help

They punch a hole in the wall

To release my head out

They wheel me into the ambulance

Instead of crying

I laughed

My husband said I’m funny

But need to X-ray my head

To the hospital along the way

My husband laughs at me all day

Accident sure does happen sometime

Even before our naked eyes

Coffee isn’t what to blame

It’s me who shall be blame

Enjoy that sip of coffee along the way

Didn’t watch where I was going that day

Trip over the rug and smash into the wall

Dang! That was a great fall

A terrible fall, head smashed to the wall,

But if you aren't terribly hurt after all,

Then that's no more a terrible fall,

In the retrospect, it's a funny recall,

And you then can say, what a great fall :D
