English vinglish

Updated on August 23, 2015

How to improve English,

My students ask

Believe in yourself

It’s a simple task

Just simplify it

By making a list & chart

Don’t just think

Let’s start

Get ready to learn

Read, write and listen from heart

Read daily newspaper

Like a novice bard

Watch English movies with subtitle

Easy or hard

Consult dictionary in cell phones

Act like a smart

In any English drama, act or play

Always take a part

May be you are weak but

Never hesitate to talk

Learn the basic grammar

To be perfect in this art

How I agree with all your suggestions. As a former teacher of EFL, I have advised all these things and loved teaching the students from all parts of the globe.

Practise, practise and don't bother about making a fool of yourself, is what I tell them!

      Great poem.
