What's The Problem Now

Updated on November 22, 2014

Everything Was Going Great

Then something set you off

There is no need to act like that

Suddenly angry at the world

I will not add to it

Stop!!!

Listen to yourself

Every precous second counts

I have no time to waste

We have been over this path before

There is no need to have a temper

Slamming things is not right

If you break something we both have to pay to have it fixed

I try use reason

Calm down

Take a walk

You get frustrated when things don't go your way

That's life

You have to learn how to deal with it

It all started when you went looking for a birthday card

You thought you left it on the desk

I don't remember seeing it

You or I must of moved it

To God knows where

You don't have it

It will turn up somewhere

You will have to get another one and another gift card that was inside

For you to raise your voice and say I can't stand it

I hate my life

That's the last straw

You went too far

This is only one small thing out of hundreds of things in one day

Did you forget how wonderful the morning was until now ?

Well I have said my piece

I tell you to write out your problem and your solution

Then I ask you to write down all your absurd actions

They are childish and uncalled for

I asked you nicely

I asked you again firmly

Both times you did not listen to me

You are going to keep it up till we both get into a heated argument

We both lose

We will say things we don't mean

Once their said they can't be taken back

I suggested some anger management classes

You wouldn't hear of it

There is a problem and I am not an expert

It could be the change of life

Hormonal connected with hot flashes and mood swings

A form of depression

How can one person go from being so happy to being so angry

if I didn't see it myself I would think it is impossible

For me it takes a long time to keep building

I pray to God I have the sense to diffuse the problem before it goes any further

An important issue that has to be discussed

It can be forgotten about but if not handled properly

It could end up in a sad situation we can't fix

When I have a problem I can't solve

I sleep on it

Hoping to shed new light

Well this was not the poem I set out to write

More like a poem with a problem

I plan to solve it in a pleasant way

Trying to reach deep into the facts

Finding something out that I never knew

We all have our bad days

We have learned in our life how to solve them

Each dealing with them different

Who is right ?

Who is wrong ?

I don't care

I just want the problem solved

So I can do what I enjoy

Writing more poems

That dazzle the mind

Shock our senses

Find ways to forget our problems

Enjoy life

Giving each day all our attention

To wonderful thoughts that keep us flying

Up in the sky next to a plane

Riding a cloud and looking in

The passengers looking out

Shaking their heads and squinting

It can't be

My imagination is playing tricks on me

It must be the sun in my eyes

It is impossible to see people in the sky

Handling one day like this one, you must be a strong person handling "it" without letting to crumble down. From experience, letting them to crumble, because problems of this nature will crumble anyway.

      Voted interesting

MsDora Any problem can be solved as long as we break it down piece by piece and analyze what the issues really are. Using a scientific method of getting results. Then again in the real world our temper gets the best of us and we can't think straight. Our thoughts and judgment gets clouded. In time we can learn to control our thoughts and emotions and handle any problem and situation better.vocalcoach I always like to see all sides of an issue so I don't jump to any hasty decisions. It is easy to fall back on past assumptions and think the same way. A new approach only helps see and better understand what to do next. Thank you both for helping and sharing your wonderful comments.Have a great night.
