When Fame Darkens Frame

Updated on December 22, 2013

No Veering

The wolves they come howlin, growlin,

police like a beast, promise you a hundred thousand

might lead to cars and houses

Press with your best, yes, test,

Say I won't throw the towel in

I must remind myself, my treasure awaits

Through the gates of somewhere else

So, focus on my message, speak well

that will the best for my spiritual health

CHORUS

Right frame, right lane, no veering

Let go of the steering

The name of my Jesus, has walked these roads, carried these loads

The name of our Jesus, Gift from a Father to share with our brother

Success has its boundaries

Rise to position, you can fall for their mouth piece

Filthy rich filthy talk, empty in their word speak

Make you water down everything you came to believe

Green is the color that can shade your lamp light

You must earn, but you learn not to compromise your birthright

Burn for every soul lost in the dark of this cross fight

Bring another flatlined heart to a spark

CHORUS

Right frame, right lane, no veering

Let go of the steering

The name of my Jesus, has walked these roads, carried these loads

The name of our Jesus, Gift from a Father to share with our brother
