When Tears Don’t Come by Diana Pierce

I cry when I feel lonely,

I cry when I feel sad,

Why can’t I even cry at all?

When I lose the best I’ve had,


Like people loved and cherished,

Like money lost in haste.

Like scary situations,

That could harm the human race.


Storms and floods,

And natural disasters,

Creeps and thugs,

Evil little bastards,


Tears don’t come,

Yet I’m shaky and afraid.

I need to cry a river,

An emotional display…………

      I can relate with this. "Why can’t I even cry at all?

      When I lose the best I’ve had," The poem makes me sad, so I won't say lovely. But it is a great poem that makes me feel.
