When you break your leg you lose your hands (Limerick)

Updated on July 16, 2012

The irony of Mr Greg,

is that he broke his leg.

Walking with a crutch,

he loved a cake very much.

But couldn't move his hands even to beg.

Mr Greg's problem in entirety could only be understood by a person who has broken his leg. Thanks Whowas :)

Very funny - but poor Mr Greg!

Having said that, I remember when I broke my leg in three places and was immobilized in plaster for months and months that in fact, the limitations were more far reaching than one would expect. So there are knock-on effects, too.

I sympathize with poor old Mr Greg.
