Who Is Your Favorite Marvel Comic Superhero? Vote On Who's The Best of The Best Marvel Superhero!

Updated on September 14, 2013

Marvel Comics has an array of superheroes that fans have loved for years, including myself. When I was a little kid, I really loved that green rage monster The Incredible Hulk. Perhaps, it was because everyone was so much bigger and stronger, and I had small-man's syndrome as a wee fellow. Who knows?

I just liked him...a lot! I still remember having The Incredible Hulk toy of Lou Ferrigno, which was based off the T.V. series, and I watched that series all the time. Then there was the Hulk swimming towels, which my parents still saved! I cracked up when my pops brought that out, along with a Spider-Man towel and a Superman towel back from the 70s. Wow! I was surprised that they were still in such great condition. Into the air tight zip lock bags those went.

Even though I still have an affinity towards The Hulk, in high school I really got into The Uncanny X-Men comic books, and Wolverine was my favorite! I loved his attitude, and the way he just went into bezerker mode. Snikt Snakt! Such great stories Wolverine had in the many, many comics I lost myself in those days. He was always better in the Uncanny X-Men comics. Never really cared much for his solo stuff as Patch.

You'll have to forgive me! Such great memories these comics and superheroes have brought me throughout the years.

So without beating around the bush further, comic fans, who is the coolest Marvel Comic superhero that really captured your imagination as a kid or even now, or, perhaps, it's that one cool Marvel superhero you'd love to be as well?

So far Amazing Spider-Man is in the lead! This is round 1.

Wow, Hulk and The Silver Surfer tied as the most popular...Rogue, Storm and Elecktra all tied for most popular female superhero?

Great choice Steve and thanks for voting. I really got into Silver Surfer when Ron Lim was penciling him. It's true DC Comics has really iconic characters like Superman Batman and Wonder Woman, but Marvel is more popular when it comes to the comic market.

The Silver Surfer was my fave when I was young so I voted for him.

I've never heard of most of the female heroes, I went with one I did know, Elektra.

DC Comics has the two most famous and most iconic superheroes but Marvel had the most popular comic books and a greater variety of heroes, well they did in my day.

      Voted Up and Interesting.

Thanks for the comment Mr. Destination. I do have a hub to vote on your favorite DC female superhero, haven't gotten around to the DC guys yet. I know more about Marvel than DC comics, but you did give ideas for two new hubs.

I think somebody should mention DC as well as Marvel, I myself personally prefer the much darker characters that inhabit the DC universe, They on the whole seem to have much more depth.

I liked Cap in the comics, but he wasn't my favorite. More of an X-Men guy. I voted for the Hulk as well. Thank you for voting zoey24 and the comment. Storm's always a good choice!
