Why am I

Updated on April 19, 2009

Why am I

Who am I

to love, to dream, to hope

What am I

Why am I

to dream, to hope, to love

Who am I

What am I

to hope, to love, to dream

Who am I

Should I hope?

Should I love?

Should I dream?

Love with out a dream is devoid of hope

Hope without love is devoid of a dream

Dreams without hope are devoid of love

I want to dream, to hope, to love

Who am I

What am I

Why am I

If not to dream, to hope, to love

G-Ma, Thanks for the beautiful quotes! I love "Dreams are Whispers from the soul"! Actually, I was just selfishly chasing my own ghosts, but if it helps Pest also, so much the better. Hugs and Love back!

      Hi Kari

Sometimes we get the answers to all our questions when we stop seeking. Nice poem and the images are so evocative. :)

k@ri, no need to convince yourself. Only believe. without these 3 things, it is very hard to live a fullfilling life and also to become fruitful. You are a beautiful person so get on with it and live.

K@ri, I think most of us ask these questions at some time or another. What I did was to create a book of my life, putting photos of family , events , days out etc and commenting on every one. Once completed ,'Who I was' was there in black and white.
