Will This Day Be Remembered ?

Updated on May 31, 2017

Only Time Will Tell

There is nothing special about today

I wake up and try to move

I eat and do a few chores around the house

Play with my cat

It is my day off from work

So I can get a lot done

That normally I have no time to do

I feel the common aches and pains

I guess that comes with age

When I was younger I took care of my body

I never had any broken bones or severe illnesses

Some people call it lucky

I feel blessed

Each day I look at as a new beginning

Even though it is continuing so much I have already done

The weather raw and damp

Rain expected on and off all day

I see the sun light hidden behind the clouds

As I walk outside in my yard

The black flies buzzing by my head

I notice a birds nest in my dryer vent

That's not good

I get the mail and I have ants in my mailbox

Walking across the yard

A small tick tried to bum a ride

I go back in my house to eat lunch

I pull out some left over hot dogs we had a few days ago

Now my wife says I should of through them out

We had them a week ago

They tasted good

So as my day continues to fill up

Faster than the buckets I have along the house to catch the rain water

I have to laugh and smile

This is my day

The good and the surprisingly odd

You have a very good plan and you stick to it. I barely have time for one writing site and with my regular work I am always trying to find a few extra minutes to my day. With everything getting between five and six hours sleep a night. Keep up the good work your talents are appreciated. Thank you so much have a great night.

Let's see. I write for three sites. On one I make some pennies. Then I have four blogs. Everything I do is now organized in separate notebooks. I date each entry so that when I week goes by I can look back and see what I have accomplished during the week. I make notes of paper scrapes for sites to look at and things that might inspire. After a time I go through these and make notes about them if they are important in a large journal which also includes links to all the sites I belong to and my emails along with all passwords. Finally I have 4 emails. This is because I have the emails divided up according to my site mail and my blog mail. So for instance I can look at my gmail and know that it includes responses to my blogs and from my G+ groups. In this way I can keep track of anything and everything that is going on for me in the net. Sometimes I do fall behind if there are pressing things that keep me from the net but it can all be handled. Just takes determination and never forgetting to make an entry about what has been done that day. It would not do to bunch everything up in one notebook or one email then I would be all confused.

Every day I have something to remember, jot down and note so that I remember everything I have posted and where. Therefore I sit at my PC surrounded by bits of paper big and small and about four different notebooks.

Ms Dora Sometimes it feels like a reality show. Soon my week goes back to normal. It has it's moments. When I see and hear other peoples problems I know mine aren't that bad. The rest of my day went good. If I talk about my rough patches I am able to let them go. Reeling in more positive that makes me happy. Hope you have an exciting day without any problems. Thank you for reading and sharing.

Manatita 44 I love your answer. When I was younger I felt compelled to do the right thing. Always trying to help out people in need. I found out that if your not careful you feel completely washed up other people move on. So I found ways to limit my giving attitude and take care of myself first. I imagine a protective bubble around me to stop the unkind people who cause trouble and are takers. I keep searching for those who help others and turn to books for a source of insight and love. Finding my own limitations is a challenge. Thank you for reading and sharing.

Laugh. You wont like my answer. Send my payment to your Heart. Ask it to serve more... to remember your fellow brothers/sisters: mankind. When and as you can, bro, when and as you can. Work within your own capacity. Much Love.
