Wintry air to prelude – a poem
Winds to caress my face,
And they pull me from behind
I try to step ahead
And traces of past crave.
Clouds behind the veil to cringe,
Morning mists to crowd my being
The façade so luring
Sunny side up to décor the fringe.
A kiss to the ray of lazy glare,
And I feel like flying higher
Those dancing flowers to smile
Till the serenity merge flare.
I touché the wintry air around,
Hold a handful of time delicate
Feeling the marvel of nature
Morning dew to fritter abound.
Blades of grasses glistened,
In divinity of love and care
Ethereal purity resides rare
Bare feet to mind moistened.
Foot prints echo the empty road,
Content was heart with happiness
Lonely road to fill the merriness
I reach across the distance broad.
I hope you can feel me now,
Across the miles that bind us
Walking the streets in morning mists
And feeling it to be with you.
Never mind the distance
It is the edge that makes us crave
And every step every day of time
We die to be near and that is the way to be
To be in death
And to live….
A morning to show the day ahead
The life ahead….
This wintry handful of air
My love to you to caress your face
May be afar but that is the way to be….!!!!!!!
And that is the way to die
For you every now and every then….
Mornings to show time that waits us.
