Word Sounds

Updated on November 20, 2013
Source

If I could release my soul... where would it go..

down to the waters edge ... seeking out

the words of sounds that all listen for

Words that would thaw..the coldest of hearts

burning with warmth.. of a rising sun

Sounds that would ring...as loudest of bells,

tolled in joy and happiness

For to write with such passion... such feeling...

as this expression

is soothing inside, knowing that one day ...

my thoughts will flow

Like the soft stream that I sit beside..

waiting for the tiny leaf of sadness to pass me by..

leaving my melancholy thoughts

hanging aloft... in the fresh air

      Michael,

Not only do your words "ring," but the picture you paint is filled with such imagery. Using the water as a catalyst for strength and calm shows not only your talent as a poet, but also the soul of a good man. V+

      Wishing you warmth,

Cleaner3: voted up and beautiful, as always ---"words that would thaw the coldest of hearts...burning with warmth"... I am quite obsessed with the topic of words...oh, if people could just realize how warm words can possibly melt cold hearts...instead of judgment and retaliation...

I love the way you portray all this in a positive way...especially your statement, "sounds that would ring ...as loudest of bells tolled in joy and happiness". In my opinion, the way I see it, your thoughts are already flowing...you do not have to wait for one day. LOVE THE PICTURE.

Very lovely and heart felt. God bless you real good, Cleaner 3 Sparklea :)
