Let's Get Physical

Build those bones

Keep tone

Give me more strength and stamina

Good bye heart disease and diabetes

Beat that ugly cancer

Alleviate arthritis and bursitis

Less muscle ache

Reduce the bad old body fat

Lower your anxiety

Kiss off unwanted tension

No time for depression

Going for a walk and tomorrow a run

Burning calories was never so much fun

Increase your cardio activity

There are many ways

Biking and swimming are two

Dancing and hiking are two more

Pump up the metabolism

Add some super sex

Improve digestion and your mood

Don't forget better sleep

Trim down a bit

Jump that old rope

Grab those dusty weights

Start slow

Walk those back stairs

Mow that over grown lawn

Finish those forgotten chores

Pick up the vacuum

Walk the dog

Chase the cat around the house

Before you begin

Check with your doctor

Benefits are amazing and you may end up thin

The bottom line

Extend the life of every cell

By living long and well

      With the snow and ice outside my window for now I have to settle for climbing up and down my stairs and chasing Sid around the house. Come spring I will be out the door and down the lane.

      AudreyHowitt Once you do a few things you won't notice the time fly by. Then you will do a few more and say how easy it really was. Before you know it you will have a list of your own and be laughing and joking. That's all it takes. Thank you for reading and sharing. Start by dreaming about all the things you want to do. Who knows you might burn off a few calories in your sleep. Pleasant dreams.
