Writing My Heart Out

Updated on August 21, 2013

The Way It Is

I am convinced

I can write about anything

At anytime and anywhere

Because I have listened and learned

Now I put my words on paper in a rhyme

So others may read line by line

There is no limit

There is no rule

Friends of mine think I am a writing fool

For the hours pass and my hand tightens up

My butt turns numb

And then comes the pain

Life happens before my eyes

People live

People die

I just wonder

Why oh why

Was it not I ?

DDE I love to read the words of so many writers here on HubPages. Each writer has their own style and flair.I find it truely amazing how one topic can be covered in so many different views. Each day for me is learning and understanding to appreciate the gifts we have to offer to the world. All writers who take the time to make a hub are precious in my mind.We don't do it for money even though it always helps. We do it because I honestly believe each writing helps each person reveal their soul.Thanx is all I can say when I read your comment. My appreciation does not stop here.It carries on to my next writing and my next story or poem.I am truely touched by the lives of others. So with kindnesss and gratititude I hope I can touch you with a little more love.Have a great day. Sunny here and in the 90 degrees. What is the temperature there.?

Gypsy Rose Lee I have done that same thing so many times.I don't know if I am happy to have finished writing something special or sad to see the day go.A little of both don't you know.Thanx so much for reading and sharing your very insightful comment.I forgot to mention how many times my foot has fallen asleep and all I feel is those darn pins and needles.I feel like a human pin cushion.

The best thing is writing in the spring and summer that way if I get lost in what I'm doing then at least I get to see some daylight. In the fall and winter when I get wrapped up in writing I sit down in the light of day and before I know it it is dark outside and I have to wonder if there was day or not.

kidscrafts In life we all find things we are passionate about. When I write time does not exsist.Five hours can seem like only a few minutes.I am in my zone.I appreciate your wonderful comment and above all I am very happy that someone enjoyed reading what I wrote. My purpose in my writings is to make life a little more fun for you and everyone. To bring a little humor to a dull day.To think of a thought that makes us wonder and question life.Thanx so much for sharing and caring.Have a great day.

You sure can write about anything and everything! If some of your friends make fun of you it's really sad. I think writing is your oxygen and you need to write your feelings or your everyday life.... it's the way you are!

      Have a good day!
