Writing style is a manner in which a writer chooses to convey his thoughts to the reader.Business style of writing is very similar to technical writing , but long sentences are accepted.The answer about the writing style can be vague.It is how the writer chooses to express himself.A writer's style is what sets his writing apart and unique.The style is usually considered to be the area of expertise of literary writers.

Part of the problem with the style is that it is different for different people.The first priority of writing is not to prove that you are intelligent, but to put your intelligent point across.The style is the way something is written and not what is written.When writing choose the vocabulary that is suitable for the assignment.Writing style is the technique of each individual author.The writing styles distinguish the work of different authors.

Understanding the types of writing styles can help you put perspective into what you read.There are various different and distinctive writing styles depending on the medium of publishing.Informal writing is similar to a spoken conversation.Short sentences are acceptable and sometimes very important to make a certain point in informal writing.The most basic way to simplify writing is using simpler sentences.

You can make your writing clearer if you can limit the use of long sentences.

Expository Writing

Expository writing is used to explain something or expose something.This type of writing is often used in the academic world.The text or content revolves around a single topic depending upon the patterns.The author usually explains the topic by listing references,examples and figures.The main purpose of expository writing is to explain something in a logical manner.The typical expository essay uses the word explain or define.

This is also called as informative writing.Unlike other forms of writing its main goal is to write information about a particular issue or subject.It is said to be one of the most common style of writing.The purpose of expository writing is to explain and analyze particular information.This type of writing style is commonly used for classroom evaluation.A clear thesis statement occurs in the first paragraph of the article.

Be sure that the topic is narrow enough to be written in a single essay.The thesis idea should not be too narrow or too broad.Logical order should be used in a sequence of steps that would constitute a process.This writing style should have a definite conclusion.

Persuasive Writing

In Persuasive Writing,the writer tries to convince the reader that his opinion is correct.This type of writing is usually used in advertising type of article where you are persuading a customer to buy a particular product.Persuasive writing helps students to form particular opinions and investigate the reasons behind those opinions.In persuasive writing we convince others to share our opinions and thoughts and convince them that they are true.

We have to establish facts to support an argument.The essay can be based on anything on which you have an opinion.The thesis statement is the entire argument in just one sentence.Writing persuasively can help people see the things in your point of view.People use this writing style to persuade you to buy their products.It uses logic and reason to show that one idea is better than another idea.

First choose which side of the issue you are going to take.Persuasive writing requires good research and good knowledge on reader's biases.In order to write the essay, you should have the knowledge of the audience views.You encounter persuasive writing everyday.It should be understood that persuasive writing relies on facts not opinions.

Descriptive Writing

The main purpose of descriptive writing is to describe a person or place such that the exact picture is painted in the user's mind.It will help students to make their writing interesting and include more details.This type of writing always includes some imaginative comparison.It uses images that appeal to reader to describe how a particular subject smells,talks,walks and all the other mannerisms.

In descriptive writing,the author uses his experience to describe the subject and makes it seem real.It creates an impression in the mind of the reader about a particular thing.The author uses this style of writing to create sensory impulses to enhance reading experience.
