You Always Have to Dream On: A Poem

Dream on
Dream on
Life is not over
Till You stop dreaming
So dream on

Dream are the things childhood is made of, the very backbone of our existence. As children we dream of the things we are going to do when we get older. The places we will go. Of who or what we will become. Then somewhere in the years of childhood dreams fade and we start to a life of servant-hood to the world around us. Dreams fade with the morning sun and ae soon forgotten.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Dream on
Dream on
Life is not over
Till You stop dreaming
So dream on

Used to have such lofty plans
Til life caught up with you
And pulled you way down
Now it's time to rise up
Get back on your feet
Put you head in the clouds
And dream on, dream on

Dreams however are plans we make as children or even as adults. Plans we are meant to keep but feel we do not have the resources to bring to fruition. The key to dreams ot goals as some people like to call them is to write them down and look at them everyday until you can feel the spark of the dream take hold. This is when you need to faith the dream with faith in God that as he will renew the strength of the dream and bring the dream about .

Isaiah 40:31

but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Stop staring at your life
Thinking what you did wrong
Look to your dreams
They'll carry you along
