Your Mood (poem)

In the blessing of your mood
Lavishes your eyes exude
Fantasies my mind preclude
Paradise I can’t elude
-
Fascination there was strewed
In the fullness of your mood
Even time could not delude
Feelings which a heart imbued
-
Hopes and wonders were renewed
Dream which passions had accrued
In the richness of your mood
All my searches there conclude
-
Caught within a veil of fire
Set ablaze by lost desire
Every breath I took was dire
Skies of you I now aspire
-
All that patter I elude
Worthless fashions once so spewed
For a truth my soul had viewed
In the stillness of your mood

Whew, Mh, now that is one good mood there! When I read your title initially, I thought it was going to be a limerick about the other not so good kind of mood. : )
