Yucky, my descriptive word

For days like these

I am such a downer

It’s contagious you know

Why would anyone want to be around me today?

I don’t even want to be around myself

Thank God that I could just write out this garbage

And yes share with you

I am sorry, but this is how I feel today

I am a moody person who probably should be medicated

But instead I rather write and infect or affect others

After writing for about an hour

I will probably feel better

This is my favorite outlet

Then I will be thankful for the good things

Writing is good

It is like a medicine of mixed up words

Somehow making there way to paper

Or published for everyone to see

I may delete them later who knows……….

      Don't Delete these are words that you express and feel.There are reasons for this.You are going through sad times or maybe just feeling blah.Now the secret is that you know how to feel better and you have done it right now.You wrote about your feelings and released some of the uncomfortable thoughts.Just think about other people who hold them and don't release these angry ,upsetting thoughts.They maybe take their pain out on there wife or children or strangers.Maybe they just get pissed off at others and give them an attitude.You now can release these thoughts and can let other good thoughts in.Before you know it these good thoughts come in easier and you might want to put them on paper.They can remid you how many good thoughts you think all the time.You can only hold one emotion at a time.Either you feel good or bad.Try to feel both at the same time.Kind of impossible.Try making yourself sad then happy then sad again.Kind of play acting.It is a cool way to be in touch with your emotions.You are in control of every thought like it or not.Maybe you could be a great actress and you don't know it.Find your true passion and follow your dreams.Life is want you make it to be not what it really is.Just a thought of kindness coming your way.Sometimes letting your feelings out is all you need.Keep writing and I can relate but I just move on to a better feeling.Then I feel better.Have the day that makes you happy.
