The green leaves whistle

Humming their reedy ditties

Whistlers not alone.

What makes the leaves "sing'?

Wow a living doorbell! I do hope they will not ring it all the time. I will just keep the door open. :-))

      Lovely haiku!

The sounds of nature are always soothing. Even though I prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, I would turn on a music video with just nature sounds and meditate. Your words clearly show the peace nature holds through the imagery. Great Job, as always!

This was absolutely beautiful and could not find a better example of nature being musical than in the words of your poetry. Very nicely done, have of course voted, shared and tweeted too :)

The sounds of nature are musical. Nature uses sounds for communication! What sounds do these haiku refer to?
