I'm sorry but I didn't see your message until now. I don't know if that photo was (1) one I shot, (2) from a video I shot years ago, or (3) from an old post card in my possession. If from a post card, you could probably find a copy at the Teton Historical Museum and determine if it is still under copyright. I don't know where my original photos and videos are at this time. (I know it is too late, anyway.)
I used that photo in an original videotape I created for my MS Degree in Instructional Technology at USU a number of years ago. The video contained stories of ranching in the old rancher vs. game warden days during the early 1900's.
Joanne (Kent) Parsons, daughter of the late Donald Kent, has a great many of her father's old photos of Jackson Hole and the people who lived there. She may also have a copy of that photo, or possibly others you may be interested in.
