Which pronoun is it best to use when referring to a hypothetical person?

Which is better to say: One should watch what one eats. Everyone should watch what they eat. You should watch what you eat. People should watch what they eat. Watch what you eat. They say to watch what you eat. Everyone should watch what he or she eats. Everyone should watch what s/he eats. A person should watch what they eat. A person should watch what she or he eats. Or other. Or are they all equally good and acceptable options?
