Not a chance, not with three young children to look after as well! But if I could work from morning until night with no distractions, with my meals brought to me, and energy enough to keep writing for 16 hours a day for seven days, then possibly. I don't think it would be any good though - I take it you're talking about a first draft? I don't think it would be possible to write a very good polished manuscript in a week, no.
I tried NaNoWriMo, and managed to write about a tenth of a novel in that time, and that was 50,000 words in one month. My novel ideas are too big to write quickly I think.
Some people have more focus than me though! I'm sure others could manage it, but I could not.
